Viticultural Notes

The vineyard is located at 350-400 meters above sea level at a 15-20% slope. Vines are planted 5000 plants per hectare and are guyot trained. There is one hectare of 40 year-old vines that is pergola pruned.

Grapes are dried for 6 months followed by fermentation in stainless steel. Fermentation is halted when the wine reaches 13.5% alcohol.

Aging

Aging in new French oak for 3 years, followed by 6 months in stainless steel. Further aging in bottle for 3 years prior to release.
