Viticultural Notes
Vineyards are located at 340m above sea level facing south-southeast on the steeper portion of the slope. Vines are trained in a traditional Canavese-style pergola. Old vines with about 30% lower yield than the Erbalüs. Grapes are harvested by hand in early September.
