The 2016 vintage ended well despite a difficult start. Throughout the Muscadet region spring frosts severely affected vineyard yields, and at Domaine Ménard-Gaborit they saw a decrease in production by about 40%. Despite the smaller yields, quality was very good, on par with 2009 and 2010 vintages. The wines demonstrate very good balance, with a fruit-forward character and good texture.

Vineyards began organic conversion in 2017.
