Winemaker notes

The 2012 is said to have been one of the best vintages in recent years, particularly for the longer aging style of Muscadet that typical comes from the crus. This Monnières-Saint-Fiacre is coming from gneiss soils is similar to granite with bands of crystalline minerals. Three years of lees aging adds body and richness, and at its core this Cru Muscadet achieves great mineral tension and precision with the ability to age alongside the world's greatest white wines. The estate's Le Pallet 2012 was rated 93pts by Decanter in June 2017.

Viticultural Notes

Small production from 1 hectare plot in the Cru Communal of Monnières-Saint-Fiacre in southern Muscadet. The vineyard is undergoing organic conversion as of 2017.
