Region
AOP Crémant du Jura
Winemaker notes
The Joly family has origins from Champagne, and as a result are deeply passionate about the production of sparkling wine. This crémant is meant to highlight the fruit character of the chardonnay and the gravel terroir where these vines have been cultivated since the mid 1980s. The wine exhibits classic blanc de blanc characteristics of orchard fruit, lemon and brioche. The wine is characterized as a brut style with a dosage of 4g/L added after disgorgement. Approximately 1/3 of the domaine's production is sparkling wine.
